Of the 165,982 people living in Pueblo County in 2019, 50.8 percent (84,244) were women and 49.2 percent (81,738) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SE Colorado News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 49,319-to-48,836. In the 65 and over age range, there were 16,562 females and 13,636 males.
