U.S. Congresswoman Lauren Boebert has opened the submission window for Community Funding Requests in Colorado's 4th Congressional District for Fiscal Year 2026. The requests will prioritize water and infrastructure projects aimed at improving the health, safety, and prosperity of district constituents.

Eligible applicants, including local and county governments and qualified non-profit organizations, can apply by completing the Fiscal Year 2026 Community Project Form and submitting it along with two letters of community support to boebert.appropriations@mail.house.gov. All project proposals must be submitted by 5:00 pm EST on Monday, April 21.

"The reformed Community Directed Spending process that I fought for in 2023 ensures that our tax dollars go to specific, local projects that will directly help communities,” said Congresswoman Boebert. "I'm looking forward to working with local and county governments to highlight their needs and secure funding for water and infrastructure projects that are dedicated to improving the quality of life for constituents in the 4th District."

Congresswoman Boebert emphasized the limitations of submissions, noting that each House Member can submit 15 projects, which will receive a one-time federal funding allocation.
