The Biden-Harris Administration’s open border policies combined with Colorado’s sanctuary policies and Denver’s sanctuary city status have intensified the immigration crisis in Colorado. Since Joe Biden and Kamala Harris took office, over 10 million illegal aliens have been caught entering America. According to the Denver Gazette, Denver has spent more than $74 million since January 2023 on housing, food, and transportation for over 42,000 illegal immigrants.

Numerous criminal acts have been committed by Tren de Aragua gang members in recent months in Colorado including:

1. Taking over at least three apartment complexes in Aurora.

2. Beating and severely injuring a consultant for a property management company.

3. Stabbing a resident who refused to pay rent to the gang and threatening to kill a property manager.

4. Threatening to kill a housekeeper and her family if she did not provide keys to vacant apartments.

5. Violently breaking into vacant apartments and moving Venezuelan illegal immigrants into them.

6. Using vacant units for parties involving drugs and child prostitution.

This morning, Congresswoman Lauren Boebert along with Congressmen Chip Roy, Doug Lamborn, and Greg Lopez sent demands for answers and action to multiple local and federal officials regarding sanctuary state policies that have allowed Venezuelan gangs to terrorize Colorado.
