Farewell from Pam Ridler

Dear Friends,

With much gratitude!

This marks the end of my twenty-four-year tenure, serving as your President/CEO, and I find myself reflecting on the many rewarding years I’ve spent at the Chamber. As I write what will be my final message to you, memories abundantly flood my mind.

Moving forward, rarely do we take the opportunity to look back, yet I encourage each of you to do so from time to time. In this practice, you’ll find renewed faith in our shared mission, it will serve as a powerful reminder that together, we can achieve great things. I hope you will be invigorated by the sense of empowerment needed to continue our important work.

I am proud of the Chamber’s accomplishments over the years, we grew, prospered, and found success because of finding a common understanding as a Convener of leaders, a Catalyst for business growth, and a Champion for our community.

I’ve been blessed to work with so many remarkably bright and passionate board of directors, business minded volunteers and with my tireless professional staff. It has been my privilege to work with a dedicated group of Chamber colleagues who are immensely passionate in their service to ALL our Chamber members and care deeply for the future of our Town and region. You are the best!

Going forward, I believe with leadership change allows for a movement for new ideas, fresh approaches, and greater opportunities. I have no doubt that my successor, Stacy Garmon, will lead you all to even greater heights of impact and accomplishments.

Once again, with much gratitude,

Pam Ridler
