Of the 3,824 people living in Rocky Ford city in 2019, 52 percent (1,987) were women and 48 percent (1,837) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SE Colorado News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 1,060-to-988. In the 65 and over age range, there were 383 females and 271 males.
