Census Bureau: More women than men in Springfield town in 2019

Of the 1,318 people living in Springfield town in 2019, 50.8 percent (669) were women and 49.2 percent (649) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SE Colorado News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 381-to-354. In the 65 and over age range, there were 186 females and 119 males.
