Town of La Veta issued the following announcement on Dec. 11.
The Town of La Veta would like to remind all contractors that your contractors license will expire December 31, 2020.
Contractors doing business in La Veta are advised that all Contractor licenses are due by March 1, 2021. If you need a new license please contact Erica at the La Veta Town Hall, 209 S. Main Street, Monday- Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Please be aware that you will not be able to pull a building permit nor will you be able to get an inspection on an existing permit unless your license is current.
